Horizon Connects Grant Application
As social distancing becomes part of our new normal, the Association of Horizon remains committed to staying connected with our community. With this purpose in mind, we are proud to introduce the Horizon Connects Grant.

This grant is geared towards making the technology available to you, our campers and volunteers to stay connected to the group and to one another. Applicants must have attended at least one summer of Horizon Camp to qualify.

Along with completing this application, you will be asked to include statements that answer the following questions.

1. Explain why you should receive the Horizon Connects Grant.

2. Describe how a laptop would allow you to stay connected with Horizon.              
                                                                                         
Selected grant recipients will receive a laptop as a gift from the Association of Horizon. Upon receiving it, the gifted equipment will become the sole property and responsibility of the grant recipient. The
Association of Horizon will not be responsible for any maintenance, repair or replacement that the laptop may require in the future.
