Rhode Island Plant Insect Community Network Conference Registration

The RI Plant Insect Community Network (RIPICN) will hold its first conference on Saturday, March 7, 2026 (10:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.) at the Quonset ‘O’ Club in North Kingstown, RI. 

~ PRE-REGISTRATION is REQUIRED ~

Registration CLOSES at 5:00 pm Monday, March 2, 2026. 

Please complete a separate form for EACH PERSON who will attend the conference.

There will be coffee service in the morning and afternoon. Lunch will be provided by the Quonset 'O' Club and is included in your registration fee. Lunch includes a sandwich buffet, tortellini salad, a mixed greens salad with goat cheese & craisins, and cookies. At the close of the conference, the lounge will be open for casual mingling, a cash bar, and an Antipasto table. Please plan to join us!

Payment prior to the event is requested. After completing your registration form(s) please:
  • mail your check payable to RINHS, PO Box 1858, Kingston, RI 02881; or
  • visit https://rinhs.org/donate/ to pay using a credit card, or
  • use VENMO to the RI Natural History Survey, a charity
