Thank you for filling out the application to participate in the Shop Northside Holiday Boutique Saturday Events! *Please note there is a vendor fee of $25 per event, or $75 for all 3 dates, that will be due upon confirmation to secure your spot on the day of your choosing. Payment details will be emailed with application confirmation.
