Please select the events you plan to attend, below. Registration is not required, but will let me update you about your classes and buy enough ingredients. All ingredients and equipment will be supplied at class.
All classes will be taught by Sarah Lewis, Professor of Extension for the Southeast Districts of the UAF Cooperative Extension Service. Home-based in Juneau, she has been teaching home skills and local food workshops throughout Southeast Alaska since 2013.
