Credit: 4.0 Contact Hours from the Madison-Champaign ESC

Cost: $35.00 Per Participant. A Purchase Order number or check must
be provided before or at the time of training

NOTE: Participants must wear tennis shoes. NO sandals or slip-off shoes are permitted. Please refrain from wearing perfume / cologne during training. Dressing in layers is recommended due to variations in room temperature.

NOTE: Please bring your TCI book and materials to support learning and adequately prepare for the written assessment at the end of the training.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received up to five (5) business days prior to the date of the workshop will receive a full refund. Cancellations received less than five business days prior to the event will receive a fifty percent refund. Individuals who register and are "no show" will pay the full registration fee.
