Harvest Festival Stall Registration

Thanks for your interest in joining the Harvest Festival as a stall holder!

The festival will take place on Sunday, 27th April, 11am - 2:30pm, on the grounds of North East Valley Normal School.

We will have two stall areas, one for market vendors*, and one for information tables.

*Market vendors will be asked for a non-refundable stall fee set to a sliding scale of $10 - $20, to be paid upon approval of registration. Money collected will be used to cover event costs.

Public toilets will be available.

Power points will not be available.
Vehicle access will be strictly limited to only set-up and pack-down times.

Stall holders must supply their own tables/marquees/means of display, and are expected to remain set up for the full duration of the event.

More event information will be provided after approval of your registration.

In the event of a rainy day, we will move all activities into the school hall and Valley Project community rooms.

Market Stalls ONLY: a non-refundable stall fee, set to a sliding scale of $10 - $20, will be paid upon approval of registration.

I will be ready to set up my stall by 9:45am on Sunday, 27th April.

I will follow the directions of the parking wardens at the time of entry and exit.

My vehicle will NOT remain on school grounds during the event. Vehicle access is only permitted for set-up (9:30 - 10:45am) and pack-down (after 2:30pm).

If applicable: Change for cash transactions will not be provided. I will come well supplied with my own.

I am responsible for my own stall set-up. Where applicable, this includes my own table, seating, shading, display equipment, cleaning supplies, etc.

I will not bring any items considered offensive or dangerous, including but not limited to: drug paraphernalia, weapons, hazardous chemicals, profane material, etc.
