When you have completed the booking form you will receive details about making a payment. Completing this form and making payment secures your place. Joining information is usually sent a few days before the workshop date.
Please complete all sections. It helps us to know a bit about what you're aware of bringing - and of course you may not know what you will share until the day. We also want to be sure that this workshop is appropriate for you, for your own safety and well being.The agreement at the end is our way of making clear what the Grief tending team, and you as a participant, each are responsible for.

We want to make sure the workshop is appropriate for where you are on your journey with grief. We may get in touch to check out something on this form if we have a concern, as part of holding our responsibility for working safely in this sometimes intense territory. And we welcome you getting in touch about any concerns you have. There is a safety agreement at the end of this form which we require all participants to sign.
In very rare cases we do reserve the right not to give a place to someone for whom we think this workshop is not safe or suitable - of course we would refund any money paid if this happened.
