On May 4, 2024, from 10 am to 3 pm, "A Peep at the Coops" invites the community to embark on an exclusive tour of private urban chicken coops in East Dallas. This one-of-a-kind event showcases some of the most innovative coops for raising chickens in North Texas. Hosted by Moss Haven Farm, a 501(c)(3) outdoor learning garden and STEAM curriculum enrichment center for students at Moss Haven Elementary, the tour promises a unique experience while supporting a meaningful cause.

A Peep at the Coops is the largest fundraiser for Moss Haven Farm, and the proceeds directly contribute to sustaining this valuable community resource. Moss Haven Farm thanks you for your support of its goal to provide engaging outdoor learning experiences for students. By participating in this event, attendees not only gain insights into creative and effective chicken coop designs but also play a crucial role in fostering educational initiatives for local youth.  Thank you for your commitment to the next generation of urban farmers.
