Session 1 Facilitator: Emilie Gettliffe specializes in supporting organizations, teams and individuals to expand their possibilities for creative and effective action. With over 10 years’ experience working with cross-cultural teams in the United States and around the world, she brings unique depth of understanding in working with groups to harness both individual leadership strengths and collective energy to advance the goals of organizations and businesses. Additionally, Emilie works with individuals to unleash their potential through the Integral Coaching® method.
Session 2 Facilitator: Erik Estrada is an attorney who advises nonprofit organizations, businesses, and public entities. He is a graduate of the University of Colorado at Boulder (B.A.), the University of Colorado School of Public Affairs (M.P.A.), where he was named the Outstanding M.P.A. Student, the University of Denver College of Law (J.D.), where he was named a Chancellor’s Scholar, and the Boston University School of Law (LL.M.). He also served as a Graduate Fellow at the School of Government and Public Service at Texas A&M University. He presently serves or has served on the Boards of Directors for the State Housing Board (Appointed by Governor John Hickenlooper), Colorado Center on Law & Policy, the Community Resource Center, the Tony Grampsas Fund (Appointed by Governor Bill Ritter), the El Pomar Foundation, and the University of Colorado Alumni Association.
