Del Webb Online Focus Groups - $150 - Wednesday, December 10th or Thursday, December 11th  
Pulte/ Del Webb is conducting online focus groups to gather consumer feedback on potential new community site locations and preferences. The purpose of this research is to determine the best location for a new community in the greater Phoenix area. 

This is a fun and interesting project to participate in and it is 100% market research with no solicitation of any kind. To show our appreciation for your time and input, you  will receive $150 as a thank you.

Groups are 90-minutes long and you are required to have a computer or large tablet with working camera and audio to participate in the online focus group.

We would like to get your shopping consideration for the "Active Adult" community described below. Please review the description below and answer the question.

 

Key Elements in an Active Adult Community:

·      The vast majority of owners (80%+) are 55 years of age or older

·      Properties feature one-story single-family homes

·      Amenities could include:  walking trails, fitness center, coffee bar, indoor/outdoor pool, tennis courts, bocce and fire pits; some communities may also have their own golf courses

·      Facilitated Lifestyle: A full time lifestyle director to plan and facilitate activities of all kinds or a Concierge to support your self-directed needs and activities

·      There is a monthly Homeowners Association Fee (HOA) that includes lawn maintenance and snow removal
