Tell us about your community's emergency rental assistance (ERA) program.
MHP, CHAPA, and DHCD released a survey in May 2020 to learn how many communities are implementing an ERA program and what those programs look like. With the data we created a spreadsheet to be used for peer-to-peer learning between communities and as a tool to inform policy at a state level. We are now updating the spreadsheet on a regular basis and rely on municipal representatives or administering agencies to inform us.
