We continue with the vision for Somerset U20's of:
- Improving Experience both on and off pitch
- Increasing Engagement with eligible players and coaches from clubs
- Developing the next 'Senior' player whether for County or Club
The following proposal is in place to support building a team, being organised and taking on feedback from players and management engaged in the process over the last 2 seasons:
- North Club Players Meeting/Light session - November TBC (likely weekday night)
- South Club Players Meeting/Light session - November TBC (likely weekday night)
- All Club Players Meeting/Session - December (likely a Sunday afternoon)
* The above may go to 1 meeting/session together dependent on availability of players and coaches*
For some awareness, this is what last year looked like regards games with training happening on Friday/Sunday split dependent on player feedback:
- Match 1 - March
- March 2 - April
- Match 3 - May
- Division Final (if top of the group) - May
- Semi Final - June
- Final - June (likely to be at Allianz Stadium, Twickenham)
Let's do this! 👏👌
**We are aware these sessions will be before or after league rugby. Sessions on field will be about observation, basics and putting in place pieces required to be organised as a team and building relationships**
PLEASE COMPLETE THE BELOW FORM TO THE BEST OF YOUR ABILITY TO HELP WITH GETTING TO KNOW YOU.
Looking forward to meeting you all.
