Financial Aid Course Applicability Email
If a course is not required for graduation in your officially declared program of study at SCC, it will be not be factored into any SCC financial aid. The process of checking your courses against what is needed to graduate and determining your financial aid is called Course Applicability.

SCC Financial Aid sends emails about this process when you get admitted and register for courses. These don't necessarily mean there is a problem, but if there is one, getting it fixed will be very important.

Fill out this form for clarification on the Financial Aid Course Applicability email you received. We will email some information to your Maricopa Student Email account as quickly as possible. We cannot overly stress how very important it is to check this email account.
