All application materials, fees, and images must be received by the deadline: January 31st, 2019.The Festival will be held on Saturday, April 27, 2019, rain or shine.
Failure to submit all of these components in time may result in your application not being considered.
Please remember: All artists MUST be juried each year.

ELIGIBILITY All artists and crafters, professional or amateur, are invited to enter. To ensure artistry of the highest quality, all entries are juried by a panel of professionals. The judges reserve the right to limit the entries due to duplications or lack of space. All items must be hand-crafted by the entrant or joint exhibitors working on the same body of work - not a consortium of artists.
The artist whose work has been accepted MUST be present for the entire show.Artists are permitted to apply for double booth space.Each artist is responsible for the collection and payment of Pennsylvania 6% sales tax.Each artist is responsible for assembling, managing, cleaning and removing their exhibit.The Artist Committee reserves the right to exclude any artist, without refund, who breaks these rules while the show is in progress.
FESTIVAL BOOTHSBooth spaces are 10' X 13'. It is suggested all booths consist of 2 sides and a backdrop as well as some type of overhead protection as the Festival is held rain or shine. No electricity is provided for booths and no booths may be staked down, but must be secured with sandbags. Any variations must be approved by the committee.
NEW FESTIVAL LAYOUT Artist booths located on Market Street will be positioned on ONLY ONE SIDE OF THE YELLOW LINE. The new layout is required to meet the regulations of local emergency services. Additional locations adjacent to Market Street may also be assigned at the discretion of the Artist Committee, the Borough of Lewisburg, and the Fire Department.
3. Write ONE CHECK made payable to “The Lewisburg Arts Council” which is a non-refundable JURY FEE of $25 and mail to: The Lewisburg Arts Council, PO Box 418, Lewisburg, PA 17837
4. You will receive an email from the Artist Committee by February 28th with the results of the jury process and an invoice for your BOOTH FEE. You will be able to pay online, or mail in with a copy of your invoice. f you have questions about the application process contact:
