PricewaterhouseCoopers Könyvvizsgáló Kft., as adult education institute, is required under Section 21 of Act LXXVII of 2013 on Adult Education (“Adult Education Act”) to process certain personal data in relation to the training course. In addition, pursuant to Section 15 of the Adult Education Act, PwC is obliged to provide certain course-related data to the adult education data reporting system maintained by the government body responsible for adult education. PricewaterhouseCoopers Könyvvizsgáló Kft. (H-1055 Budapest, Bajcsy-Zsilinszky út 78.), as adult education institute („PwC's Academy”) informs you as participant of the online course that pursuant to Section 13 of Act LXXVII of 2013 on on Adult Education (“Adult Education Act”) a contract must be concluded between the adult education institute and the course participants, with the terms and conditions stipulated by the Government decree No. 11/2020. (II. 7.) on the implementation of the Adult Education Act. Due to the nature of the course (i.e. an adult education course subject to reporting), this contract may also be concluded orally.
Please visit our website for the most important provisions of the contract, which you will find under the description of the training course. The detailed terms and conditions of the contract will be communicated to all course participants orally before the start of the course.

Certificate issuance
At your request, PwC's Academy will issue a certificate in the adult education data service system to prove the completion of the training and make it available electronically or on paper, depending on your choice.
Recordings
Our training sessions may involve video recordings and photographs being taken. The resulting images and video recordings may be used by PricewaterhouseCoopers Könyvvizsgáló Kft., PricewaterhouseCoopers Magyarország Kft. or other member firms of the PricewaterhouseCoopers network for internal and external communication (including videos, web content, online and print publications).
