• Open to first and second-year dental hygiene students in Texas
• Based on financial need
• Participation in Student Chapter of ADHA, local component, and/or TDHA activities

The deadline for submission is December 19, 2025 at 11:59pm CST.  Please read all instructions carefully before applying to avoid deducting points or disqualification.

**The submission of the FINANCIAL ASSESSMENT FORM with the "2026 Main Student Scholarship Application" is required for this application.**
