Society of Future Physicians (SFP) Fall 2023 Application
Thank you for showing interest in joining SFP,  the largest pre-medicine organization at UIC. This semester we hope to offer a combination of both in-person and online events. We have great events planned for you all, and hope that you can join us!

Membership Requirements:

1. Highly recommended to have a minimum 3.4 GPA (We want our members to succeed in the competitive medical field!)
- NOTE: If you are a Freshman, do not worry about your GPA
***OPTIONAL BUT HIGHLY RECOMMENDED: member of the Honors College; If you aren't already a member we  recommend applying to the Honors College for the spring semester. It's a great opportunity!

2. Satisfactory completion of The Society of Future Physicians’ New Member Application.

3. All applicants must pay a fee of $10 per semester. Fees are to be paid at the first General Body meeting, the date to which will be detailed presented to you via e-mail.

4. Must attend all mandatory General Body Meetings as well as complete a minimum of 150 points.
