Please note, only food and drink entrepreneurs that meet the criteria will be eligible.

Food Business Requirements:
- Registered food business with Food Safety and/or Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (depending on which Class your business is) and operating out of a Council approved kitchen
- Locally sourced products where possible
- Small batch
- Love-filled products (not mass-produced)
- Natural products, with no additives or preservatives

Please note, we have a particular focus on working with people under-represented in the food industry - food makers impacted by gender, racial, social and economic inequality. This is why we ask background questions in this form.

Humble Sampler can only feature products in our gift hampers that are produced by food businesses that are registered and operate in accordance with Australian law. Humble Sampler can assist with this process if needed.
