Students may apply for up to $100/year, per student, but will not be awarded more than $200 lifetime total. Funds will be rewarded based on perceived need. In cases where the need is questionable, perceived interest and participation in the Chapter by the student and teacher will be taken into consideration. Awards are to
be for some facet of the student’s musical life. This can include scores, tunings, instrument repair, and MTNA and WSMTA event fees. Priority will be given to MTNA and local activities and “outside” enrichment will be approved on a case-by-case basis. This award may not be used to cover the cost of tuition.
