Anchor Human Application
What Is an Anchor human? This might be your first question after clicking on this link!

Anchor humans are individuals planning to attend the Upcoming Pickup Play Mixer by Kandy. They are group leaders, that are assigned to a group, and they stay with that group during the entire Conversation Hour. They hold a number sign, and when their other group members arrive, they lead the conversation. They are responsible for reading the prompt, and asking people to answer the prompt. An anchor should never pressure anyone to share more than they are comfortable sharing. 

Benefits:
-Anchors receive half price admission for the evening. 
-You get to interact more meaningfully with most everyone in attendance. It ups your chance for making a connection with someone new.
-You get to show off your leadership skills, and general charisma. 

Expectations
-Arrive no later than 730, or you risk losing your anchor position to an alternate. 
-Treat everyone in your group with respect
-No favoritism
-No bullying

When you arrive-Pick up your anchor packets and a green sign post stick from the Booth at the front of the room, closest to the stage. There will be more exact instructions in your packet. It does not matter which one you choose. 

You will be confirmed via email before the event.
