Nominee must be an enrolled college student at either a college, university or technical school within the state of Wisconsin for at least one year. Nominee must be in good standing academically, have a noted history of volunteering within their community and be a leader in their community (either in school, in a sport, in their employment or club/group) Recipients will be announced in October with awards presented at this year's Wisconsin Leadership Summit.
