Request to Switch Schools - Please read!
Detailed information about how we determine building placement can be found on either elementary school's website under Handbooks. 

We would prefer to eliminate any unnecessary transitions for your child as we believe that is what is best for their educational success. If you would like to request that we transfer your student(s) to the other elementary school after a move, or for another reason, you'll need to submit this form to request that change. School administration will review your request and get back to you.

There are some situations that would merit a transfer from one of our elementary schools to the other. These could include:

  • You have moved within walking distance of the other school.

  • Your student’s programming needs have changed (Special Education and English Language programs differ between our elementary buildings; usually a change for this reason would be initiated by the school administration).

  • There is a need to balance class sizes between the buildings (usually a change for this reason would be initiated by the school administration).

  • Other unique circumstances, as approved by administration.
