Current open position: Planning Committee

Description: Assists with planning events for the council. We typically plan two events per year - past events included conferences (in-person / virtual) and have also organized a team for the Boston kidney walk.

Planning committee members cannot be employed by a commercial interest, such as pharmaceutical or device companies (this includes companies such as Fresenius, Pentec, NxStage, etc).

Commitment: We hold virtual meetings once a month (typically the 2nd Monday of the month at 10 AM) for ~30 minutes. Perfect attendance is not required! No need to commit to any specific length of time.

Benefits: You'll get free registration for our events. Getting involved is a great networking opportunity and good for resume building. You'll be the first to hear about other ways to get involved with NKF.

Board positions:
If interested in serving on the board - please let us know and we will reach out with details. All dietitians are welcome to run for a board position regardless of where you are employed.
