Consultation submissions will be reviewed weekly.  Please allow 3-5 business days  (not including school breaks or holidays) for one of us to contact you. If you would like a live (phone) consultation, please include your phone number below.  Consultations will be scheduled for up to 35 minutes.

During this time, we will decide together what supports are the best option for you and we will do our best to give you information on how to access those supports. This is NOT a referral to direct counseling services or crisis services.
