This form is for anyone who is interested in being an LYV Tournament Director for the 2021 season (September/October).  All Tournament Directors must be over 18 and be familiar with, as well as able to enforce, USAV and LYV Rules.  Duties of a Tournament Director include but are not limited to:

*Providing oversight in equipment set up / tear down of tournaments held in LCPS schools (No physical work is done by the Tournament Directo for set up or tear down)

*Tournament contact for on-site County Supervisor

*Ensuring match procedures and protocols are being implemented by junior coaches

*Provide mentor level feedback and written evaluations for junior referees.

(Resolve any reffing issues that are outside of the junior referees experience.

Tournament Directors are compensated $20-$25/hour based on level of certification and/or LYV TD experience.

All Tournaments Directors must complete an NVVA background check and have a current SafeSport certification (NVVA can provide that training if needed).

Interested individuals should make sure they are available to work Saturdays from 7am-10pm during the months of September and October.
