2. Cooking on-site must comply with Corvallis City fire code and with Benton County Health Department rules and regulations. Food booths are inspected for compliance on Saturday morning of the Festival. Organizations shall furnish on site supervision by persons holding valid Benton County food handlers licenses.
3. At minimum, 50% of individuals operating and serving at a food booth shall be members of the non-profit organization authorized to operate that food booth.
4. Signs on Food Booths must identify the non-profit organization operating the booth. When a commercial vendor is used, the vendor may have a sign no more than 1/4th the size in square feet of the organization’s sign.
5. Informational material may be distributed at the food booth. Health and sanitation rules set by Benton County Health Department must be followed.
6. Organizations in non-compliance with the Food Booth Policy and regulations shall be subject to review by Corvallis Fall Festival. Corvallis Fall Festival reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to immediately terminate a food vendor from the festival. In the event of termination, reservation fees are not refundable.
7. All cancellations must be received no later than 60 days prior to the festival in order to receive consideration for a partial fee refund. After that date, no refunds will be made.
8. A $250 cleaning fee will be assessed for ANYTHING left after the Festival: grease, garbage, recycling or mess.
9. A CFF Food Booth Sales Form will be provided to each organization. The completed form and a commission payment of 10% of gross food booth sales must be submitted to Corvallis Fall Festival within ONE Week following the festival.
10. BOOTH PAYMENT MUST BE received no later than July 1, 2019 or your booth will be awarded to another vendor.
