Harvest Fest 2019 (4th Annual)
Sunday October 6th 12 pm to 6 pm
2465 Wehr Mill Rd Allentown PA 18104 at the Covered Bridge Park (Outdoor event)

We are accepting all types of Vendors and Sponsors!

This is the 4th year we will be holding this event. Every year it gets bigger. We have many kids activities, free crafts, entertainment and more!

This year we will be adding more activities and free crafts for the families along with more advertising to keep making the event bigger and bigger.


~Food Trucks $150
~ 20 ft x 20 ft space
~A copy of proof of insurance is needed
~A menu must be emailed to Eventsbyjlseventplanning@gmail.com.
~We are not allowing multiple food trucks offering the same types of foods.
~We would like trucks that offer kids foods as well as adult foods (macaroni and cheese, chicken nuggets etc.)

~Food Vendor $95
~10 ft by 10 ft space for a canopy
~Not for food trucks

~Activity Vendor $75
~We are looking for horseback rides, face painting, balloon twisters and anything else kid related!
~Space will vary depending on what type of activity you are registering for.

~Business Vendor $75
~10 ft by 10 ft space
~ Only one consultant per company will be accepted. Unless you are with companies like LuLaRoe, Legging Army Etc. that allow more than one consultant at an event.

~Craft Vendor $45
~10 ft by 10 ft space
~All items must be handmade/homemade

~Non Profit Organization $60
~Must have a 401C

~Farm Stands $35
~Must sell all produce items (fruits, flowers, baked goods, jellys etc.)


~Festival Sponsor $525
~20 ft by 20 ft prime location space to display your business (spaces will be at the main entrance of the event)
~Banner supplied by the sponsor will be hung at entrance of the park
~Your business logo will be displayed on the Harvest Fest Banner
~Your business logo will be on any advertising we do through social media or print.
~Inclusion of an advertisement in the 500 swag bags
~Your business name will be on the swag bag as level of sponsor
~You will be mentioned as level sponsor on social media and the event page with your logo on the Home Page

~Scarecrow Sponsor $400
~ 20 ft by 10 ft space to display your business (spaces will be located by the kids activities)
~Your business logo will be displayed on the banner for the kids activity area.
~Your business name will be mentioned as level sponsor on Social Media Advertising and on the event page
~Inclusion of an advertisement in the 500 swag bags
~Your business name will be on the swag bag as level of sponsor
~Your business name will be on the swag bag as level sponsor

~Pumpkin Sponsor $275
~10 ft by 10 ft space to display your business
~Your business name will be mentioned as level of sponsor on social media and event page
~Inclusion in 500 swag bags
~Your business name will be on the swag bag as level of sponsor
~Your business name will be on the swag bag as level sponsor

~Bag Sponsor $150
~500 advertisements provided by the sponsor will be added to the bags given out to the guests
~Your business name will be on the swag bag as level of sponsor

~All sponsors need to be paid in full by June 28th. So banners can be designed, made and hung.
~Sponsorship fees can be broken down into payments. All payments must be made on time and paid by June 28th
as well.

Event Details:
~Once your registration is submitted and you are approved to participate in the event you will receive an invoice through Square that you can pay with a credit or debit card.
~Once payment is submitted there are no refunds for any reason and the payment cannot be transferred to another event by Events by Jennifer Lynn.
~Checks for sponsorships only can be mailed mailed to Events by Jennifer Lynn at P.O. Box 143 Topton PA 19562. Please email Events by Jennifer Lynn to let them know you are planning to pay by check.
~Swag Bag advertisements must be in by September 20th 2019. They can be mailed to Events by Jennifer Lynn or they can be dropped off at a prior event.
~This is an outdoor event. No electric or water is supplied
~You must bring your own canopy (if desired), chairs and tables.
~Set up will begin at 10:30 AM (NO EARLIER)
~Vendors must stay until the event is over at 6 PM. No early clean ups!
~Closer to the event you will receive an email with details regarding where you are setting up and if spaces are assigned and other event information.
~All kids activities will be in one area all together.

Please keep in mind that Events by Jennifer Lynn nor Jennifer Smith are not responsible if you do not make any sales, low foot traffic or for any other reason the event does not meet your personal expectations. We advertise by newspaper ads, community bulletin boards, local websites, social media, posters and yard signs. It is also the responsibility of the participating vendors to share the event through Facebook and help spread the word. We work very hard for our shows and to make them be the best they can be for the vendors and the guests.
