You are invited to nominate deserving athletes, coaches and contributors into the Buckeye Trail - East Guernsey Athletics Hall of Fame.


Hall of Fame Criteria

Athletes

*    Player of the Year in Ohio

*    Multiple sport of multiple year All-Ohio selection

*    Special achievements as nominated by coaching staff or community

*    Nominations accepted 5+ years after high school graduation

Service

*    Individual service to school or athletic programs

*    Coaching achievement and/or service

*    Special contributor

Veterans

*    Worthy athletes, coaches and contributors from Quaker City, Madison, Zane Trace and Old Washington High Schools.

Nomination/Selection Procedures

1.    Hall of Fame nominations are made to the HOF Committee by the public

2.    Nominations are reviewed by the committee and selections are made

3.    Induction will take place at the announced HOF game during either the fall or winter sports season
