Touch-A-Truck Event Registration
Touch-A-Truck provides a unique opportunity for kids to explore, touch, and learn about different types of trucks. A great opportunity for kids to sit in, climb on, pose for photos and ask questions about their favorite trucks in a safe and supervised environment. Community businesses are invited to display their trucks and equipment and show the kids how everything works.

WHAT WE NEED: 
1. Unique/Rare/Novelty (Limos, monster trucks, antique trucks). 
2. Construction (Cement, dump trucks, center rollers, backhoe, bulldozer, etc.). 
3. Emergency (Ambulance, police cars/SUVs, fire trucks, equipment, etc.). 
4. Farm Equipment (Big tractors, plows, wagon, etc.). 
5. Commercial (Postal, delivery, 18-wheeleers, bus, etc.). 6. Military (All types). 
7. Recreational (4 wheelers, motorcycles, campers, etc.). 
8. Small Airplanes
By signing this form below, you are agreeing to all the terms of the Touch-A-Truck Event. 
October 14, 2023 from 1:00pm to 4:00pm at City Park.

YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING: 
1. Vehicles must be on premises between 11:00 am and 12:30 pm the day of the event to set up. 
2. Vehicles must not leave the premises before 4:00 pm the day of the event. 
3. Vehicles must be moved no later than 5:30 pm the day of the event.
4. The owner/operator of the vehicles must remain with the vehicle at all times during the event. 
5. A complete commitment form must be submitted by Friday, September 29, 2023. 
6. Owners/operators are encouraged to giveaway items that are appropriate for children. 
7. Owners/operators grant permission to The Greater Goldendale Chamber of Commerce to take photographs or record videos for the purpose of promotion and publicity. 
8. Owners/operators are allowed to bring a pop up tent, tables, chairs and banners. Touch-A-Truck will not provide these items.

By checking the box below, you agree to provide the above describe vehicle at the Touch-A-Truck Event in accordance to the above terms. Vehicles owners/operators acknowledge that the nature of the Touch-A-Truck Event involves the interaction of children with vehicles so that children are able to touch, see and explore the vehicle(s) and learn about the vehicle’s functions. The Greater Goldendale Area Chamber of Commerce will take appropriate measures to facilitate a safe event; however, the vehicle owner/operator remains responsible for the supervision and safety of its vehicle(s). The vehicle owner/operator shall defend, indemnify, save and hold harmless The Greater Goldendale Area Chamber of Commerce and it’s officers, directors, employees and volunteers from any and all liability, damage, loss, claims, cost demands and actions of any nature whatsoever arising out of the event.
