Schedule Change Form 2020-2021
Completing the form does not guarantee that a schedule change will be made. After the start of the semester the counselor and instructors must approve all schedule changes.
***Student may drop a course if they are misplaced in a course that is above or below their academic ability, the first 2 weeks of the semester.
***After the 6th week of the semester course changes will not be approved.
***The student must complete the proper Schedule Form required to drop a course. No student should assume the request will be approved and jeopardize their grade by not completing assignments in the present class.
***The Counselor will contact the drop and add instructor, and parent / guardian (sometimes as well an administrator) in order for the schedule change to be in effect.
***The counselor will inform you by email if your request was approved.
