Neighbourhood Plan Questionnaire
This questionnaire is to give you an opportunity to influence future plans for your village. Mundesley Parish Council, in consultation with residents, want to ensure that the village meets the needs and wants of those who live here.
What is a Neighbourhood Plan?
Neighbourhood Planning was introduced with the Localism Act 2011 and gives communities new powers and opportunities to set out a vision for how their community will develop over the next fifteen years in ways that identify local needs.
A Neighbourhood Plan for Mundesley, once adopted, will carry legal status for planning purposes.
Although supported by the Parish Council, it is Community-led, community researched and, eventually, the community will be voting on whether to accept it or not.
Neighbourhood Plans aren’t just about housing and can be used to help protect our countryside, rural nature, historic sites and certain aspects of infrastructure.
Have your say by completing your questionnaire and returning to us by the 1st August 2019!
