Regular Registration is sponsored by a local donor.  
Free Registration does not include costs associated with state competition including travel, lodging and team fees.

The following REQUIRED items for Special Olympics of Texas have been emailed or completed online.
We recommend that all families keep a current copy of the athlete's physical.  There is an English and a Spanish version of the same form.   There is also a set of instructions on how to complete the forms.   It is preferred to have a  scanned copy emailed to EllisCountyUnited@gmail.com.   Scans should be in PDF format and all pages in a single file.  The file should be named LastFirst for the athlete.   If a scanner is not available, a copy can be brought to the first practice.   Both athletes and unified athletes must have a current medical form to participate.  https://www.sotx.org/files/athlete+forms+and+volunteer+forms/athlete+forms/sotx-athlete-registration-and-medical-forms-english.pdf
