• Requests are reviewed once per week. If you haven't heard from us in one week confirming we've received your request, please follow up to
info@thebay.org
for performance related events or
caden@thebay.org
for all other events.
• To be considered, forms should be completed thoroughly and submitted, ideally, 3 months prior to your requested date(s). Shorter requests may be considered, but as much time as possible is preferred.
• Music based events will only be considered for Friday and Saturday evenings.
• Availability for facility rentals is extremely limited. Requests may be turned down at our discretion.
• The Bay is an alcohol free facility and will only be permitted in rare instances.
