A Pantry For All Souls Volunteer Sign-Up

A Pantry For All Souls is a Little Free Pantry where Columbia Heights neighbors donate and receive free grocery goods. Anyone can add something to the pantry at any time, and anyone can take anything from the pantry that they need.

The pantry is located on the 15th Street NW between Girard and Harvard (the back of All Souls Church).

If you would like to donate something to the pantry, go ahead and put it in the pantry! No permission required. Please do not put frozen or refrigerated foods, open packages, or homemade food in the pantry.

If you need something in that's in the pantry, take it! There is no approval or eligibility process to use the pantry.

Sign up as a pantry steward. Pantry stewards check on the pantry to make sure it's still in good condition, and remove anything (like glass containers or perishable food) that shouldn't be in the pantry.

Drop off flyers on doors in the neighborhood to make sure our neighbors know about the pantry.
