REMC1 Resource Request Form

Our REMC has Maker/STEM items that are loaned out to educators from our REMC1 member schools. These items were purchased to support educators and their curriculum. To borrow an item, an educator must make the request and be the person who will be teaching with the item. The educator checking out the item assumes responsibility for the pickup/return, attending related PD on integrating the item into their curriculum, and the replacement of lost or damaged components. Items must be returned in the same condition (or better condition). Please know that checking out a resource and handing it to another individual to use is not allowed.

To reserve an item, please complete this form. Items can be checked out for two-week increments (return by Friday). It is your responsibility to pick up and return the items from either the Copper Country ISD or Gogebic-Ontonagon ISD (Ewen) locations.
