Please be sure to review the Plan Your Author Visit timeline at Scholastic.com/AuthorVisits before submitting a request, and allow 7-10 business days to hear back from the Scholastic Author Visits team.

Please note: Author appearances booked through this form are not eligible for payment with Scholastic Dollars. Speaking Fee or Honorarium Amount Offered 
Speaking fees often range from $500 - $3,500 or more per day. Hosts are also responsible for any applicable author travel expenses, including airfare, gas/mileage, and/or taxis, plus hotels and meals.
