MEAL FORM FOR ONLINE & VIRTUAL KNIGHTS
Month: April and May 2021
The Kings Food Service Department will be offering meal service to those students who have chosen the online and virtual learning option through the months of April and May. Meal packs will include a week of breakfast meals and lunch meals, providing a variety of fresh and ready-to-prepare foods.
These will be weekly drive up meals distributed every Monday at Columbia Intermediate School from 1:45 p.m.-2:45 p.m.
We ask that you try to arrive on time in order that meal distribution can be concluded by 2:45 p.m. to allow time for school dismissal. Please enter parking lot carefully, as students may be on grounds for outdoor recess.
Summer meals will be offered during the month of June. More information will be provided in the upcoming months.

To ensure the safety of the staff, the meals will be placed in the trunk of the vehicle, do not exit your vehicle. We asked that all foods upon arriving home are placed in proper storage immediately as some foods distributed may be foods requiring refrigeration. Cold foods need to be stored at 41° F or lower. Any item requiring cooking preparation, baking instructions will be provided. Each item will be individually wrapped to ensure the safety of the food for the student. **HAVE A GREAT SUMMER!**
