This is the application form for the 2024 online formation in leadership competences
offered by the Discerning Leadership Program, the UISG and the USG.
The target audience are for female and male religious congregational leaders based in Asia and Africa:
- Superior Generals
- General Councilors
- Member nominated by the Council to share the knowledge with other members in the congregation
It is greatly encouraged the participation of a group of at least 3-4 General Council members including the Superior General.
The formation lasts 12 days, 3 days a week (Wednesday, Thursday and Friday) for 4 weeks:
- 7, 8, 9 February 2024
- 14, 15, 16 February 2024
- 21, 22, 23 February 2024
- 28, 29 February & 1 March 2024
The time of the sessions will be from 9h to 12:30h (Rome Time) on each of the days.
In order to deepen and enrich the learning experience, the participants will be requested to do individual work and reflection prior to the formation day, and 1 more hour of integration in “congregational” teams (or groups) after each day of formation.
Certificate:
A certificate issued by the Discerning Leadership Program, the UISG, and the USG will be granted at the end of the formation.
Conditions:- To participate in at least 90%
- To do the Pre and Post work requested
- To participate in the Forum discussions
It is very important to have a reliable internet
connection, and to connect individually from different computers/tablets
to follow up and participate during the sessions.

It is very important that you write their email addresses correctly.After you fill this form, we will contact each member that included in this form, and request them to fill an individual form.
We will revise all the applications, and confirm the registration of the participants by December 2023.
