Welcome to the Iowa Youth Chorus Plant Sale!  We are excited to be able to hold our annual plant sale fundraiser again this year by offering online ordering and payment followed by “curbside” pickup later in the week.  Iowa Youth Chorus is a nonprofit organization providing choral music education to hundreds of children in central Iowa.  We aim to provide programming that is enriching, musically and culturally diverse, and of course fun!  Thank you for supporting our choristers!

All items available to order are grown at Shutt’s Garden Center in St. Charles, Iowa. To place an order, please fill out this Google Form and click the "Submit" button at the end. The Google Form lists all items available to purchase grouped by type of plant or flower (i.e. coleus, tomatoes, petunias) and type of container (i.e. 6 inch container, 4-pack, hanging basket).  Under each group is a list of the specific varieties or colors available with a hyperlink that will take you to a photo of what the item looks like once mature.  Please note that these hyperlinks will take you to external websites that are not associated with Iowa Youth Chorus and are provided solely for the purpose of visually identifying the plants and flowers along with brief descriptions that may include plant size, sun exposure, and care.  Remember, the only way to place an order to support Iowa Youth Chorus is by completing this Google Form.

Check boxes are available next to each item to select the desired quantity.  You can toggle any of these check boxes on or off by clicking inside the box. The quantity associated with each box is listed at the top of each section.  For example, if you want four Red Velvet Dahlias in 6 inch containers, please go to the “Dahlias: 6 inch container - $6.00” group and check the “4” box next to “Red Velvet”. The check boxes are additive, so multiple boxes can be selected to order larger quantities.  For example, if you want eight of the Red Velvet Dahlias, that check both the “3” AND “5” boxes next to “Red Velvet” to place an order for a total of 8 quantity.

All order forms must be submitted no later than Wednesday, May 18. You will know your form has been submitted successfully when you see "Thank you for your order!" pop up on your screen.

We will then process your order and send you an invoice to the e-mail address you provide.  All invoices must be paid by Friday, May 20th at 5:00 p.m.  Only credit card payments will be accepted.  Invoices that are not paid by the deadline will not be available for pick up.

Pick up is on Saturday, May 21 from 4:00-5:00 pm in the Parking Lot south of Franklin Jr. High (48th St and Franklin Ave., Des Moines). There will be a drive-thru set up.  Please tell us the name on the order and we will load your plants into your car.
