We are looking to get a line on pigs available for the 2014 season. We need Heritage Breed Pigs for competition. We are looking for HEAD ON, SKIN ON, at a maximum of 200 POUNDS hanging weight, and delivered WHOLE to competing chefs. Farmers will deliver 7-10 days prior to the competition to the chefs restaurant, Cochon will provide ample support. If you have a pig available in 2014, please check YES. all pigs will be confirmed by January 15th for the 2014 US TOUR.
