April 23, 2021 Field Trip Day WWII Living History - Raid on Renault II
Admission will be $5 per person (students and chaperones) pre-registration required

Public, private schools, homeschool groups, or individual families welcome.
You must have a student with you to attend this educational event.

Step back in time, this day will consist of self-guided tours for public, private, and home school students. Students pass through a series of living history stations that reveal different aspects of World War II and life during the 1940's. Some of the stations may include, but will not be limited to the following:

- Living history displays portraying the French resistance, Allies and Axis troops in Europe, civilian home front
and much more…

- Live Audio/Visual presentations on World War II history

- All museum buildings open most with tour guides

The Germans have been spotted bringing up a railway gun in order to shell advanced Allied
positions. In Raid on Renault I, the Allies encountered fierce resistance outside of the town of
Renault. In Raid on Renault II, the Allies and Free French fighters launch a full-fledged attack to
liberate the town and capture the railroad station.
