This form is for Academy members who belong to another affiliate, but wish to be involved with DCMAND as well. Being a DCMAND Supporter entitles you to:
• Participate in DCMAND member activities
• Receive the monthly electronic newsletter
• Receive DCMAND email communications
• Access to the DCMAND member Google Group
• Apply for DCMAND awards

• Receive DCMAND member pricing for events

• Serve in appointed, non-voting roles in the DCMAND Board of Directors

Annual Supporter Fee for the membership year is $35.00 for active, international, retired, and lifetime members; $25.00 for student and international student members.

Credit Card payments are processed by PayPal. Please complete the form below, and upon receipt of application an invoice will be issued via PayPal.
