Rules / விதிமுறைகள்
1. நியூ ஜெர்சி தமிழ்ச் சங்கத்தின் ஆண்டு உறுப்பினராக இருக்க வேண்டும்.
2.கோலம் தைப்பொங்கல் விழாவைச் சார்ந்ததாக இருக்க வேண்டும்.
3. கோலம் எந்த அளவிலும் இருக்கலாம்.
4. கோலங்கள் கம்பி, சுழி, பூ, ரங்கோலி, போன்று எப்படி வேண்டும் என்றாலும் இருக்கலாம். வண்ணப்பொடியும் உபயோகிக்கலாம்.
5. முழுக்கோலமும் தெரியுமாறு இரண்டு படங்களுக்குமேல் அனுப்பவேண்டாம்.
6. கோலங்களுடன் கோலங்களின் விபரங்களையும் அனுப்பி வைக்கவும். (கோலத்தின் புள்ளிகள், கோல வகை, பயன்படுத்தப்பட்ட பொருட்கள் போன்றவை)
7. உறுப்பினர் ஒரு கோலம் மட்டும் தான் அனுப்பிடவேண்டும்
8. படங்கள் தெளிவாக இருக்க வேண்டும்.
9. கோலம் அனுப்ப கடைசி தேதி : ஜனவரி 15, 2021.
10. நடுவர்களின் தீர்ப்பே இறுதியானது
