Please share this event with your students and fill out this form if you are interested having a student attend this FREE workshop.
What: University of Arizona faculty and/or music students will hold masterclasses for winds, strings, and percussion. Instruction will include group fundamentals, regional etudes, pedagogy for each specific instrument, and tips on how to audition.
When: 12/13/19, 6 pm-7:30 pm
Where: Fred Fox School of Music, separate classrooms TBA; Registration in the School of Music Main Lobby
Who: For any high school students; middle school students may be nominated by their middle school teachers
*Directors are welcome to attend the event to meet faculty and observe the master classes.
Parking: The Harvill Lot is free after 5 PM, and is the best option. Park Avenue Garage is close, but does charge during Friday evenings.
The Regional Etude Workshop is a FREE event, and presented by the University of Arizona Fred Fox School of Music
Please list the number of each instrument you are recommending so that we may prepare adequate space for each section. (ie, 2 Flutes, 4 Clarinets, 3 Trumpets and so on)
