By completing this form by the 5th of April 2023, you express your interest in participating in the preliminary market consultation for Prague's new branding strategy.
The consultation will be done on-line, in English and with every participant separately (unless otherwise specified). Participants will be provided with questions to be discussed during the consultation at least two days before the event itself. We expect a length of approximately 1-2 hours, depending on the complexity of responses.
By completing this form, you agree to have the online consultation recorded, and for the audiovisual materials to be used by the City of Prague. Please note that you are obliged to cover any of your expenses associated with this consultation, the City of Prague will not provide financial support to participants of the consultation.
Vyplněním tohoto formuláře do 5. dubna 2023 vyjadřujete svůj zájem o účast na předběžné tržní konzultaci nové strategie pražského brandingu.
Konzultace budou probíhat on-line, v angličtině nebo češtině a s každým účastníkem zvlášť (pokud není uvedeno jinak). Účastníkům budou poskytnuty otázky k projednání v rámci konzultace minimálně dva dny před samotnou akcí. Očekáváme délku přibližně 1-2 hodiny v závislosti na rozsahu odpovědí.
Vyplněním tohoto formuláře souhlasíte s nahráváním on-line konzultace a používáním audiovizuálních materiálů Magistrátem hlavního města Prahy. Berte prosím na vědomí, že jste povinni uhradit veškeré své náklady spojené s touto konzultací, HMP účastníky konzultace finančně nepodpoří.
