MULSA Cookbook Contribution Form
This form is for contributions of recipes to a 75th Anniversary Cookbook to be created for and by the MU Libraries Staff Association. It will be made available in printable and online formats in time for the 2024 annual membership meeting, to which all MU Libraries employees are invited.

You may submit recipes you've found in a cookbook or website/blog, as long as you do not include parts of the recipe beyond the ingredient list plus basic instructions, neither of which is copyrightable (see the Copyright Alliance information about recipes and cookbooks). If your recipe is from a cookbook or blog, we do ask that you mention that source in the appropriate space on the form, and do not submit more than one recipe from the same cookbook or website/blog.

You will have the opportunity to upload your recipe as a document or PDF instead of using the Ingredients and Directions form fields. For that reason, those fields are not required, but please use them if you are not uploading a document.

You are welcome to contribute multiple recipes.

Thank you for your recipe submission!
