From Your Connect in Community Implementation Team

We need your help!

We are looking forward to planning Connect in Community (CiC) services for next year and need some honest feedback about this past year’s services and recommendations for topics, content, and organization moving forward. We plan to schedule a CiC service for adult group activities approximately once a month. Children may join us on an occasional basis.
