1:1 Device Summer Opt Out Form
We encourage families to keep and use school-issued devices during the summer.  Students and families are responsible for the device as the device will be used daily during school next year.  You can receive support for your child's school-issued device during the summer by sending an email to tech@st.southallegheny.org.

Please complete this form if you would like to opt out from taking your child's school-issued device home for the summer.

In order to opt out, YOU MUST RETURN THE DEVICE AND THE SCHOOL-ISSUED CHARGER TO YOUR CHILD'S SCHOOL BUILDING OFFICE within one week of school ending.
