Over three months, we will provide you with extraordinary tools, skill development, good vibes and support through:
Six in person skill development workshops, held twice a month (Mandatory)Six online accountability support meet-ups, held on opposite weeks to workshops (3/6 are mandatory)Six 1 hour coaching calls (2 group, 4 one-on-one)Three hours a month of homework/ peer-supportSurprise gifts and snacks.
Total Program Hours: 46-50Weekly Time Commitment: 3-4 hours
ALTER Alumni will have continued access to these online meetups for continued community support after the program.
Our coaches are trained professionally through the Academy for Coaching Excellence. This coaching framework is a creative process of inquiry and action designed to actualize your personal and professional potential. Some valuable distinctions:
