TIF Veteran, Caregiver, and Family Needs Survey
The Independence Fund represents some of our Nation’s finest heroes.  We are concerned about the growing spread of coronavirus (COVID-19) and the impact it will have on communities across America. We recognize that many members of our military and Veteran community may be at an elevated risk for coronavirus due to their physical situation. These physical situations can lead to financial hardships in many cases.  Normal everyday societal operations are beginning to be affected, and our Veterans are at a particularly higher risk.  The purpose of this survey is to best determine the immediate, short-term, needs of our clients and how we can best serve our heroes through support.

As soon as we process the information from this survey and others, we will open an application process for current TIF Veterans, Caregivers, and Families, to assist with the disruptions caused by the coronavirus.  We will alert you soon by e-mail, social media, and any other communications means, as soon as our application process is active. Providing your contact information as part of this survey will expedite our ability to assist.
